I'm officially...Lots of sound suggestions here! I'm officially paid 16.5 hours a week to look after three school libraries and imagine this kind of post will become more common as schools organise into academy chains. Every school piles everything into the days when I'm on site of course. I do love it but it's a bit of a problem when so many people you are working alongside don't get paid at all.
